Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using Flowybooks, you agree to these Terms of Service.
The Services
Flowybooks offers:
- a software product for accounting and bookkeeping workflows
- managed bookkeeping and CFO services for qualifying organizations
The services may change over time as Flowybooks improves the platform and service offering.
Accounts and Organizations
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- activity that occurs under your account
- ensuring the information you provide is accurate
- using the service only for organizations you are authorized to represent
Billing and Subscriptions
Paid plans, billing cycles, trial terms, and cancellation behavior are described during checkout and inside the product.
For managed bookkeeping self-serve onboarding:
- card details may be collected before access or service start
- the first billing date follows the 30-day bookkeeping trial described during checkout
- if the engagement needs custom scope, use the custom review path instead of the self-serve bookkeeping trial
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once charged.
User Content and Permissions
You may upload or submit financial records, payroll-related records, and other content ("User Content") in connection with the software or managed services. You grant Flowybooks permission to process that content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the services.
AI-Assisted Features
Some features use AI-assisted processing to help extract, summarize, or categorize accounting information. AI outputs may be inaccurate and must be reviewed before being relied upon for financial reporting, tax, compliance, or operational decisions.
Managed Service Boundary
Managed bookkeeping and CFO support do not replace the customer's responsibility to review business decisions, maintain legal compliance, and consult qualified tax or legal professionals when appropriate.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to:
- access another user's or organization's data without authorization
- interfere with or disrupt the service
- probe, scan, or test the security of the service without authorization
- use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity
Suspension and Termination
Flowybooks may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or if suspension is reasonably necessary to protect the service or other users.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowybooks' total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the amount paid by you to Flowybooks in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy and Data Usage page describe how Flowybooks handles information.
